About the Artist
Mark Luther drew about 600 freehand pictures, mostly in the late 1970s. The dominant subject was of sailing ships under sail at sea. There were other subjects which included barns and hands. Typically the media used was black ink. The pictures tend to be highly detailed and realistic.
